At Crazy Epic Socks, we accept returns and exchanges for defective products only within a 30-day window. Our return process is handled by mail. However, we do not charge any restocking fees. Refunds are processed within 14 days. If you’ve encountered any issues with your socks, please contact us at Crazyepicsocks@gmail.com with details and pictures of the damaged item. We will promptly arrange a refund or replacement through our printing company. You do not need to return the damaged socks and can dispose of them as needed.
